Sovereign Harbour New Cookery Club Launch
I realy did not have the intention to start another club in Sovereign Harbour.
However, having a second thought while sitting having coffee with Sovereign Harbour Social Club.. I remember starting a sucessfull Cookery Club somewhere else, not in the harbour.... I asked myself why not start once more to establish an identical Cookery Club for this Community.
I have ask my friends in the harbour for advise and they all gave me the thumb up... go for it.
Past experience taught me not to involve too many hands and, my fingers were burnt so many time, I lost count.
This time round, I am involving nobody in the setting up. If I rise or fall will be on my own head.
To set up the scene, I have asked my friends at Seamoors Wine Bar if they are willing to accommodate this venue at there premises. They agreed.
I fixed the day of the week... will be Monday..... and the time will be at 10am for an hour and a half as I have done with the Social Club in the Harbour.
To start, I have to launch this club at the end of the summer, so I fixed the date Monday 12th of September.
I set up an email address :- shcookeryclub@gmail.com
I also set up a Blog for Sovereign Harbour Cookery Club which you can follow with update and cookery recipes
www.shcookeryclub.blogspot.com
you can also leave comments and suggestions as well as contribute original recipes.
If you live in Sovereign Harbour or the surrounding area, why not come and join in the fun.
While Seamoors Wine Bar is limited for space, I have other plan to expand, if necessary, staying again within Sovereign Harbour for activities.
Hope to see you and make friends in this beautiful corner of England.

Sovereign Harbour Kayak Fishing New Sport
Out of my window overlooking the beach on a quite sunny day, I noticed this man walking toward the water with a light Kayak over his head, rack sack on his back and carrying a fishing rod.
I was intrigued to how he is going to attach the rod to the kayak.
The man took his Kayak from over his head.
To the back of the Kayak, he made a wooden platform with a whole to fit the rod.
He put his rack sack over the platform and away he went into the water.
He peddled far away from the beach then he turned round his back, cast the rod into the water and away he peddled again.
With my binoculars I followed him and it did not take much time, the fishing rod started bending - this is a sign that a fish come to the end of its life ready for dinner tonight.
I couldn't beleive my eyes - the man took the fish from the rod and put it in an improvised net which was attached to the wooden platform and based into the water.
I thought what a wounderful idea for others in the Harbour to start a Kayak Fishing Competition or for those keen fishing enthusiasts to start a new trend of Kayak Fishing in Sovereign Harbour.

Sovereign Harbour The Place for Early Retiremant
Yes !!! Sovereign Harbour is the Place to recommend for those considering taking early retirement.
Why??...For a start, Sovereign Harbour is a Young Community of nearly 10,000 harbour residents.
located about 3.5 miles outside Eastbourne.
Sovereign harbour is also ideal for young families with children to grow up in safety.
Sovereign Harbour image is far away from that associated with living in Eastbourne Town.
Sovereign Harbour is very safe place to call a home, especialy if you want to have a relaxed life and make friends.
Sovereign Harbour offer you more than a retirement home by the sea.
You are among young generation and, the Harbour Life offer you more than you bargain for.
visit Sovereign Harbour Residents Association Website
www.shra.co.uk
or see Sovereign Harbour Social Club Website
www.harbourseniors.co.uk
There is always something going on in the Harbour.
You can do as little or as much as you want to.
You can walk for miles within the Harbour Clean Walkways or follow the Outer Harbour and have a leisurely walk along the Beachfront - absolutly so beautiful and yet, buying a home in Sovereign Harbour cost so little in comparing to home prices in similar locations in the United Kingdom.
Sovereign Harbour is part of Eastbourne but the fact is, Sovereign Harbour life is so remote from Eastbourne.
Take my advise and come along - join us for the best time in your life.
